The Project Finance Analyst is responsible for providing sophisticated financial analysis and deal management/execution support for Pine Gate Renewables (PGR) and its affiliate organizations’ financing transactions. This role will support the structuring and closing of tax equity and debt transaction as well as the acquisitions team and new markets team to complete the development and construction of utility-scale solar farms throughout the country. The candidate will report to and work closely with PGR’s M&A and Project Finance team. S/he must be able to adapt and innovate in a continually evolving industry and thrive in an autonomous workplace environment. The work is fast-paced, demanding, and intellectually stimulating; candidates will need to work well under pressure, have the aptitude to synthesize large amounts of information, and be capable of creating innovative solutions.

Pine Gate Renewables is seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk that is excited about working in a dynamic environment in the renewable energy industry. The Accounts Payable Clerk will provide financial, administrative and clerical support to the Construction Operation and Accounting Department. He or she will be responsible for performing all aspects of accounts payable data entry, gathering of supporting documentation (in digital format), invoice approval review, and payment initiation. The ideal candidate is a self-starter possessing solid communication skills, keen attention to detail and a forward-looking attitude. Experience working for a construction company is required. Strong technology skills are critical - particularly expertise with ProCore, Microsoft Excel, and enterprise level accounting software.
The position will report to the EPC Accountant and the Controller, and s/he must be able to adapt to a continually evolving environment and thrive in an autonomous and deadline-oriented workplace.

The Project Finance Associate will report to the Director of Project Finance and M&A and will assist in the structuring and executing of project-level tax equity, debt, and cash equity financing transactions. S/he will build and utilize complex financial models to perform front-end valuation and debt sizing analysis, reflecting all sources of potential third-party capital throughout a project’s lifecycle as well as assess the economic viability of acquisition targets.

The candidate will be a self-starter who is motivated to advance their project finance career with the ability to think critically and identify and resolve key issues in solar financings while moving transactions forward. In-depth knowledge of project-level fundamentals is necessary in working collaboratively with PGR’s interdepartmental team members representing development, engineering, construction, and accounting, as well as outside stakeholders, in order to ensure accuracy and consistency of information.
